Walker’s Bluff is a place where people and all kinds of creatures want to gather.
It seems to be magical.
Early in the winter a unique family of turkeys that included one young goose that gobbled had made Walker’s Bluff their home.
Grandpa Morris invited Gabby Goose and his family into the barnyard to share the mash and water and warm nests with the other fowl who lived there.
It turned out to be a happy bonding and all the fowl enjoyed one another’s company. All who came to visit were amazed by the goose that gobbled.
And if that in itself isn’t magical, two resident swans named Clair and Dane who had flown away in the spring, amazingly returned with their flock on New Year’s Eve!
